The Evergreen Division has two courtrooms. The Hon. Judge Wisman (currently on extended medical leave) and Commissioner Moon are the presiding judges. This court hears misdemeanors, traffic cases and civil claims from:

• North Snohomish County,
• Arlington,
• Stanwood,
• Darrington, and
• Granite Falls.
