The City of Everett Municipal Court has two courtrooms. The courthouse is located in downtown Everett to the West of the Snohomish County Campus. The Hon. Judge O’Dell and the Hon. Judge Mitchell are the presiding judges. This court hears misdemeanor, traffic cases and civil claims from within the city limits of Everett only.
